@Riot, about Ezreal right now

So the big marksman update has come and gone, all the Marks(wo)men got their updates, bigger or smaller and that's all great. I'm, for one, a big fan of, both Kog'Maw's W and Graves' passive. But what's bothering me is that before the marksman update, you guys (can't exactly remember the name) mentioned how Ezreal, while as a champion is in an okay spot, still needs a rework. Nothing big, a rioter commentated they'd just focus on his W as that ability is pretty much useless if you're playing AD Ezreal and how it has the potential to turn into a much more fun ability for the ADC Ez as well as the AP Ez. I honestly expeted and looked forward to seeing him change for the update. So I kept quiet after the Marksman update because I thought something would happen, even a mini rework such as bringing back the AS slow or simply giving him an MS slow or something on his W to make it somewhat useful apart from being raw damage ability. His update, however didn't come. So now, after Shen's update is already on PBE, with Taric probably flying in next as a big rework, followed by Yorick and mages in between, I'm wondering..will Ezreal see the light of Riot's rework stamp in any way?
