Chat Restrictions Questions Red plz answer

Here is my question. Last season I ended with 350 chat restriction. I wasnt able to complete them but I did manage to complete them in the new season. I went 2 days w/o chat restriction and got smacked with 750 chat restriction game. This really pissed me off, since it makes it impossible for me to obtain my end of the season rewards. Why should I cont to be punished for last season mistakes. Why not reset everyone report card at the beginning of the season. Yes I have continue to rage in some game. But its bc im fustrated. It hard to communicate with just pings and even more frustrating is when they dont listen to your ping bc some idiots turn their ping noises off.

So why am I still continued to being punished for last season mistakes. Specially since now you will take away my end of season rewards. Also I have never been ban before
