Bards chimes needs more XP plz

I played 3-4 games with bard last night as support. I played him like a regular support and roamed at the same time. Every game i was averaging 60-75 charms. I was in Every team fight. Just like normal. But i noticed around levels 12-14 i was always two levels lower. At one point my ADC and everyone else was level 16 and i was only level 12, i had over 12 assists too. I feel like early/mid lane chimes just dont give you the exp. Especially when im level 4 and my ADC is level 6. My only negative XP for bard. Also i was running 0/9/21. IS it just me?

Yeah bard's chimes should offer more XP if he is meant to be a roaming support.

I think a better thing is that Bard needs to generate his own Chimes over time as well, as if he gets shut down the enemy starts shutting down his utility.

Which...isn't that antithetical to the original role of the Support? That utility couldn't be shut down as easily?

Chimes spawn 2 per 50 seconds (except, for some reason, the 2nd and 3rd spawn which is only one chime). This means if you collected every single chime in a 50 minute game, you'd have 118. They need to up the spawn rate or something.
