Support LF Duo Partner

So my Promos really got thrown this season and I landed in B5 , and i KNOW Im a bit better than that. Being in B5 is pure hell, Im at the point where I cant carry tho cuz i enjoy playing Tanky Supports and Jungle. Last season i was B1 in and out of promos for Silver. Im looking for a partner thats as dedicated as my self to get out of this elo. Id like to get to silver and try for Gold. I usually play on and off through out the late afternoon/night 1-3am latest. Im looking for someone with the same goals/exp as me, perhaps more xp, silver/gold/+. If you want to share your knowledge with me lets do this! Id also prefer to use voice Skype/Curse.
