Wow tank supports do not feel fun to play at all

I haven't played a tank support in a while, since i did change to be a jungle main about 2 years ago, and jesus. what is my itemization anymore? i feel like knights vow and locket have just been nerfed cus top laners abused it, and what do people build now? the tank support item doesnt have a shield or give 500 hp anymore, it doesn't feel like im a tank anymore, i could play leona but she seems to do more damage +cc than actual tanking these days :/

As an amoomoo player I like when Leona is on my team, the wombo combo of CC is pretty devastating. You'd think it's a bit tank heavy, but not really since supports don't eat much gold. It makes it a lot easier to catch a pick, and leona can focus more on peel while Amumu focuses on getting on top of the entire enemy team.

Relic shield is such a joke now that I don't even get it. I now go coin on Taric. The average time for quest completion with relic shield is 15 minutes and with coin it is 8 minutes. Coin is also safer because I don't lose half my hp every time I go to hit a cannon.
