My BE disappeared after one week of hard grind?!

I just got lvl 36 after on week and I wanted Trundle so much, I got to 5100 BE and then I bought Trundle, locked into a game and I didnt have him. I dodged the game and looked in my collections for him, and it says he is locked. My BE literally just disappeared, because I didnt get any other champion, I just lost the BE out of nowhere, and it really tilts me. Pls fix it or i dont know, just make BE easier to get so I can buy him soon, or give me my BE back so I can buy Trundle.

I don't know, it happened to me also but as i got a mystery champion. it must be a bug
