Nerf Ivern

So Ivern is the best champ in the game. He's simply the best counterpick to most dark harvest assassin junglers in this meta, and you might ask why? It's because assassins have a weak early jungle clear, while ivern needs to put on his passive and smite it, to take it instantly, and if you your path is slightly better than the enemy jungler, it will harm the enemy jungler way more, than it would hit you, if you did a worse clear. He can gank so well with his bushes, so it wont be possible to notice a slight egde of a bush in fog of war, and so he can throw his Q and stun the target, while he gives a shield to his ally, plus the shield explodes if it doesnt get melted down before duration. Ivern has good late game aswell, he can easily take down bluebuffs and redbuffs for adc or mage mid, and he can also buff a fed ally assassin or burst mage. His ult is kinda useless for most part, but it is a very hard mechanic to get your hands on. If Daisy does her ability with her knock up or whatever, it can be effective in big teamfights to have such CC, plus support potential, so the support can go mage supp or something with more damage, rather than a Braum. His recent buffs made his early game better than most assassins as Kha'Zix, because he is very point and click based, so if you can trick him with bushes you will see that it is so easy, to take him down and get a huge lead. Iverns build path can vary on what the situation is. So you go supp if you are behind and more burst AP with some lead.
