Hyperiön1 votesRengar Top and Jungle are two completely different things. I can take Rengar in the Jungle, but I can't take him up top, the playstyle is a lot different. In the jungle, you are kind of like a lee sin. Clear red side jungle, get 5 stacks, and first blood the laner. Or take red buff, and go invade the enemy jungle and get his flash or first blood. Top lane is a lot of trading, and waiting for 6 to get the kill. (in my games anyways) So it is a lot more passive, so you don't get the early spikes from ganking multiple times.

MLDzXnRRR1 votesRengar top is worse, because good players won't feed and the jungler knows that you have no escape. When you play jg, you can pressure the whole map with your invis. ganks and noone knows exactly where are you.
