Warrior Enchantment: should it have a passive like other jungle items?

Bloodrazor has an on-hit passive similar to Botrk. Runic echo has a burst aoe passive like Luden's. Cinderhulk has an aoe passive, same as Sunfire.

Warrior was always the biggest powerspike among all of those because of the raw stats it provided but if the new jungle timers stay the same, no one is going to rush it, most AD champions are better off rushing Tiamat. Shouldn't we just lower the AD a bit, or remove the cdr and put Tiamat's passive on it.

It would finally bring Warrior's in line with the general concept of jungle items and simplify build paths so much for the vast majority of AD junglers.

Tiamat would be perfect and it would open a path to other ad Champs to the jungle.

problem with tiamat is it is melee only, and their are a few ranged junglers that take warrior because AD is better than on hit in the early game.

Tiamat ain't good on it. I would move some scaling Lethality there and give either the Death's Dance's or Phage's passive - to make AD junglers like Lee or Rengar that always buy either boots 5 or pick Relentless Hunter have some MS in battle.

Just delete warrior. It's a trap for not-Graves.

Ad has more than enough going for it as is.

Tiamat would be okay but jungle items shouldn't have actives. There aren't a lot of pure AD alternatives to build it out of.
