Annie Tibbers Warning animation
Didn't know if I should put this in story and art or gameplay and balance. When annie ults she should throw tibber out as he morphs on the target area.

Compared to Veigar's wall, it's an Ultimate with an actual cooldown and relies on a 5 min cooldown summoner spell (Flash) to be effective in most scenarios. If anything, making it easier to see how many stacks she has without clicking on her would be the better change.

Pìp1 votesThe thing about Annie is that she's a super bursty champ that can blow someone really quickly. I think that if Tibbers were to have a warning, it would take away the Annie-ish blowing up of people. We all love the little girl that can beat grown men in fights with her teddy
