Jinx feels a bit....weak?
I was just wondering, is she in the bottom of the totem pole of adcs currently in the meta? Compared to, say, Ezreal, Lucian...kaisa...etc

Take a break from being the ADC, alright? Then go support, take the Sorcery premade runes and build Frostfang ( Not Relic Coin. ) Then go full lethality.
Don't steal kills, and just wait until the enemy drops to <50% health.

She is weak as are most crit type ADCs. They are addressing that in patch 9.1 by providing buffs to crit items, enchanter support items and giving a buff to jinx by allowing her Q's cast time to scale down with her attack speed. Q late game is basically useless except at extreme long range since you actually lose damage by using it with how long the cast time is.
Jinx is in the same boat as Vayne.
You can win with her sure but you'd be better off abusing Lucian, Ezreal or Jhin.
