1/23 PBE Update: Swain Update, new Icons, and STOPWATCH*

according to the schedule, in the next patch, we're going to be seeing a nerf to the precision tree. in order to sustain the current meta, I believe riot should instead DOUBLE the time required before activating perfect timing. this rune simply gives you TOO much utility in comparison to the other options. another viable option IN PROTEST TO THE SCHEDULE would be swapping the minion dematerializer with perfect timing, giving multiple options at level 1 that could fall off later into the game. right now you can save 950 AND grab 15% CD ON BOTH AND . if you still find a lack in contest with the other T1 precision runes, you could always add 2 stacks to minion deematerializer AND add 1 more biscuit to the game. this would be a viable option for people who don't want to run pots. a jungler would be taking hextech flash and or biscuit.
