i know many of you think she's extremely annoying to play against, and i couldn't agree more.

the pbe changes are in my opinion going in the wrong direction, (except the auto attack range, i think that was a nice add) because her issues are within her e, not the shield itself but the fact that she lets the shield stay on an ally for half of the cool down, (her e cool down is 10 seconds, her shield up time on an ally is 5 seconds.) and by the time her shield expires you only need to wait 5 seconds before you can press e on an ally again, this said, you can decrease the cool down with your items, (most support items, if not all have a good amount of cdr.) making the shield spammable, and to top it off with the ardents buff, that's just an overkill to it.
has the exact same problem, 10 second cooldown for a 6 second duration on an ally, plus the pix bolts plus the ardents buff. it's all too much, and with items she can also make her shield spammable.
as an item has been way too strong, along with
i understand riot wanted to make healer/shielder supports better, and we welcome that, but they truly overdid the item.
as for wanting to increase their gold income, those changes were welcomed, until they made it on one item instead of doing it evenly.
what i suggest doing: lowering the duration it has on an ally, so they can do what they were meant to be doing: block incoming damage from enemies, so it can feel rewarding to people who have good reflexes, and supports can feel distinct from good or bad.
you don't need a shield breaker, you need to learn to balance your game.
