it's probably the nose and the lips.

Lacks a little personality, if you ask me, but that's true of a lot of League art, especially the older ones. It's also true of a lot of the most popular fanart of all kinds these days, really... You wouldn't know most characters are who they're supposed to be unless you were told, because there's so little personality in their expressions.
Its an old Chinese splash, but her Splashes will be updated here soon so I wouldn't worry too much about it
