Herald and Dragon maybe just switch their position.

The reason bot lane (2 Players) go bot is because of Dragon. Nothing prevents them from going top instead and the META just flipping when these changes are implemented.
The only interesting thing is that top has resistances and bot does not, but in hindsight. Riot would then have to move the bonus resistance on top lane to bot in order to prevent 0 v 4 lane swaps again where one team is playing chicken as to where the 4 enemy lanes are. Or overloading bot with ganks for free plates and dying once early may cost you your tower. That was why the turret defenses were added in the first place.
So once that change goes through, it would just be inverting the map (Red side is blue side and vise-versa), game play wise nothing changes.
That would change the entire lane and tanks would never be seen again
This would do little other than top becoming a duo lane and bot becoming a solo lane.
