why internet so bad?

Hi, my internet used to be good, but that was before server move. now its shitty i've done all i can on my side spent hundred yet i cant get good connection on my favorite game... yet, overwatch, paragon, unreal tournament and any other game i ever run.... i barely ever notice ANY lag. Why cant riot have TWO servers? east Na , west Na? i mean i seem to be the only one having problems, so i guess unless riot gifts me with a server i'm not going to be ever getting good internet till i move from this home. yet every other game i have no issues. ah i remember being plat BECAUSE THAT WAS WHEN I DIDNT HAVE 200 FKIN PING IN RANKED GAMES. (wich ofc bounces between 400 and 130 most of the time.) and heres the thing when it might take either 2 seconds or half a second to aa a minion, that is what makes it almost impossible to cs. So please someone at riot tell me why i can be competitive at paragon, at overwatch, yet league, my very favorite game cant just simply give me working internet?

Anyone else under depression over internet? or is it just me? ~ the guy that started in se2 and has always and WILL always love the game.
