The forgotten or relegated Items

If I can get a Riot response to this it would be awesome, but i'm not sure if that's going to happen.

Is there any plan or goal for buffing items that are sub-optimal for most (if not all) Champions in the game? These are the items that I have seen people talk about, but nothing has actually been changed to make them more appealing to buy in months.

Ohmwrecker
Righeous Glory (still could have potential with "Eternity", but at this point it's still not being used consistently enough to be an improvement from before the changes to Catalyst)

The new item 3800 is actually really good on Nasus since you can rush a catalyst for safe early laning (easy sustain, especially with your passive helping out), and then later on the 75% MS buff and AoE slow helps get him into a fight. It's particularly good in tandem with Zz'rot because of the point runner passive and the active together allowing Nasus to run like sanik.

I have been trying out the new Glory on Maokai and it seems to work pretty well, but I'm not sure if its still better then other items (ROA for example). I could see how it could work on Nasus but I feel that with Stormraiders and Trinity (paired with Deadmans) you make up for his lack of mobility. I guess you could use it early/mid and sell it later in the game since mana isn't an object late game with Nasus and there are better items that give 500 health.

Yeah, it is more of an early game option, but it helps out until you have enough stacks for stormraider's to proc consistently.
