Are all Champions Viable?

For TL:DR, go down past the =

When I think of League of Legends, I see a diverse cast of characters with different abilities and potential. However, the "meta" as it is seems to favor some champions over others which I feel is a bit meh. Let's look at a few examples.

Fiddlesticks Fiddlesticks has been in League for a very long time, but his status as the years progressed has him dropped rather significantly. Compared to the champions like Vi Rengar Zac etc (feel free to add to it), he's been mostly put on the backburner by people. Viability in comparison, Fiddlesticks is low compared to the others.

Urgot Here's a champion that is rarely if ever seen. Typically he could be considered a top laner, but in the face of champions like Illaoi Fiora Yasuo , he just isn't up to snuff.

Mordekaiser I really like this guy's concept. His potential is HUGE, but in the face of champions equally tanky like Darius Garen etc, he just isn't as good.

For a final example, take Aatrox. Started strong, but the balance was called for and now he's just been sitting down and doing nothing.

=====================================================================

The main question is this: Can Champions like Fiddlesticks, Urgot, Mordekaiser, and Aatrox be viable competitively, or will they continue to be ignored in favor of the hypothetical "stronger" champions.

If an expert Urgot went against an expert Darius, who'd win? I'd like to say 50-50 chance but that just isn't the case as much.

why are you listing Illaoi like she's OP at all? she isn't nearly as powerful as fiora and yasuo. same for garen, mord is actually a good pick, garen is complete dog shit. Aatrox is good too, are you only getting your information from 'lel aatrox' memes? this post is making me mad

urgot is a pretty strong counter-pick champion but his win-rate is low because he's the go-to pick for when people want to troll

People will tell you yar... but not even close. I've played fiddle since season one. EVERY spell but ult is really weak atm compared to newer kits. Most spells can be used for multiple things. (cc damage escape etc) Older kits are not this way. Damage is also Crazy on newer/updated champs (non burst mages).

Take Kennen vs fiddle. Fiddle ult is 2 secs longer and 90 base damage at max lvl. But kennen's is instant and stuns. Plus kennen has good damage. Fiddle damage is good if you stand and fight him. Kennen's dash can be use defensive or offensive.

Their are certain champs that I can't beat just because of the champ not the player. All of fiddles damage is in his ult. Without it he is a support running around. Unless you fed me or want to just stand and fight. If they are smart I can not kill them unless I get an ult.

Other problem is they have too make Bruisers that tank like tank and have assassin damage. Darius Diana Ekko Garen Galio Fiora Irelia LeeSin Olaf Nocturne Renekton Sejuani Udyr Yasuo XinZhao Vi I feel like can chase me down and do anything they want. Does matter if I fear and straight run. If I'm not at a turrent they will catch me in 2 sec and kill me in 2 or 3 autos.... its such bs that my favorite champ do SOOOOOOOO weak to certain types. But then I see my damage isn't Half of what some of the burst mages are.

Every champion is viable if you can play them correctly. some are just more viable than others and have more generalist kits or fit the meta better.

No, only about half of them are viable
