Reason why ADCs are so shit is because late game doesn't even exist anymore for them to be relevant considering by the time they are relevant at 30+ minutes most games already have been ended before 31 minutes on average... Heck snowballing is way worst now then ever that Ziggs has become meta.

Indeed it is. They need make towers actually be possible to defend if you back before 4minutes otherwise oops your tower is gone, and actually make nexus towers take multiple pushes to take down instead of 1 push ending the game like that. From the inner tower.
