I'll be breif. There is literally no way to telegraph when Annie is going to flash-ult you. Now matter how incredible your reflexes are, or how immaculate your positioning is (Unless your champion can attack from 1100 range) or how far ahead you are there is absolutely no way you can avoid getting hit by this AOE hard cc nuke, and inevitably eat her 2.45 ap ratio combo. Can someone please convince me of any meaningful counterplay?

item 3102 item 3139 item 3156 item 3157 item 3026 Any of these items will drastically reduce her flash combo kill potentional. Banshees blocks the first skill that she shoots at you, so if she has her stun up, that first ability and the stun will be negated. Quicksilver sash gives magic resistance and allows you to break free of her stun, just be fast. Maw of Malmortius, free 400 magic damage shield + magic resist on top of that. Zhonyas if you're fast enough, similar to the mercai scimitar. And of course Guardian Angel, the second chance. Plenty of counterplay :)

Midlane: If you face her mid you can bully her when she doesn't have her stun up. Without it she doesn't have as much trading potential. If she does too much damage to you some MR might help like an abysmal scepter.

In teamfights: Respect the flash tibbers and try to not stay too grouped up. I don't mean avoid grouping, just watch how close you are to other high priority targets. If you can engage on her before she jumps on you even better. Banshee's Veil an absorb the Tibbers easily and qss will remove the stun.

If she's mid she can be shutdown or restrained by having your midlaner play well or having your jungle gank her when her stun is down. Flash has a 5 minute cooldown so try to keep track of it. Also, it's not "literally" impossible. You can watch her movement to get an idea of when she wants to go in. If she starts moving differently (like moving closer to the frontline of her team) there's a pretty good chance she'll flash Tibbers. This goes for many champs actually.
