Does AFK affect honor

Recently I had a bug where my game didnt start after champ select, it would just get stuck in "RECONNECT" screen, restarting client didnt help or pressing reconnect button didnt help. Tried 2 games one resulted where my team made remake, in 2nd one they continued and lost in the end 4v5. Later on I tried lots of different stuff and full game fix made it work again.

My question: does this affect my honor in any way? I didnt drop to lvl1 but have I lost any invisible points?
