Rating System

So I just played a match where I was rengar and at 30 minutes I had 200 cs and ended the game at 32 minutes with 209 cs and going 8/5/4 then was given a A which makes no sense to me at all. I would like to know what I have to do to get another S- or S because cs is obviously not the issue here.
