Hotkeys bug

I was in my ranked match on the edge of being demoted when the bug occurred making me unable to use any abilities or summoner spells this was resolved after restarting my game but i lost my jungle and a teammate accused me as afk from a bug which he then sat in spawn all game and did nothing for the team then started feeding the bug plus the troll resulted in us loosing and me being demoted. I would appreciate this being fixed and making something for it cause it too me a long time to get to the rank and being screwed out of it because of a troll and bug is not fair by any means.
