Who says she is healthy?

I've been saying this for a while now but I'll say it again: no champion should have true damage in their kit.

She is not healthy at all, but rather than HER being the massive problem it's the Targons-Overheal-FF mechanic that let's her negate every poke she faces in lane. Basically, this 3 way combo removed her weakness and made it impossible to bully her out of lane.

Yes she is too strong, but thats mainly not because of her kit or her numbers, but due to the fact that she can't be forced out of lane.

Targon nerf is incoming, overheal should be adressed, and THEN we can decide wheather or not Vayne herself is the problem or the item+rune combination.

EDIT: Every hypercarry safe for Jinx is beyond busted thanks to that mechanic, it's just that Vayne uses it best because of her utility.

It makes me wonder why is Jinx not busted as well. What about her makes her less able to utilize this OP rune combo?

She is still best with that rune combo, but compared to the other traditional hypercarries, she lacks. She has to ramp up her AS, her rockets cost her mana and her self peel is less reliant than for example Vaynes or even Kog'Maws.

healthy is not related to a champion's stats
