Do Luden's Echo and Lich Bane's passive work together?

Both can work together

technically speaking they do not interfere with each other. As long as the abilities have different names. I think ludens has "echo" and its "spellblade" for the other or something.

Strategically speaking though they will never be proccing on the same um... proc. One is triggered on abilities and the other on autoattacks.

They kindof scale together but not as strongly as you might think.
