Make a loading screen chat
Like really, why wouldn't you make a loading screen chat? People would just chat with each others while the game loads, as that no one would get bored anymore! It's so boring to just wait for the 100% to reach. Please.

This would be amazing. I hate the wait! It would also allow for extra time to strategize before the game.
The reason is that it apparently causes slower loading times. We definitely don't want that.
I assume they don't because it would probably be used to complain about the guy loading the slowest haha.
To implement this they would need an entirely new client, so you'll have to wait for the new client because they can't just implement it like poof, because it's not close to as easy as it looks.

Interesting idea, kinda like it, don't think it's gonna happen. Cause apparently, to Riot, here are the things that are most toxic: Supports buying more vision than any other teammates (A Leona is carrying 5 Wards? TOXIC! TOO MUCH CONTROL!), casual chatter/banter ("Lol fuck u too :P" and "Noob reported Kappa" is toxic, even when genuinely joking), Sandbox Mode (People are allowed to practice alone with the ability to alter gold, bots, and objectives? TOXIC!), and Replay System (It's TOXIC to put effort into a basic feature that the two biggest competitive E-Sports, CS:GO and Dota 2, have as standard features).
I just turn on YouTube, music, or read forums while waiting for the loading screen. I could sometimes swear I spend more time on the Boards than in games.
I remember this one time our match got glitched out and we never got to the loading screen, what happened was that we were still able to chat and such but after like 10-15 seconds we then loaded into the game, we just never got a loading screen. So it can't be because they can't support a chat while loading.
