am i the only one who get 30 LP when i win a ranked and only lose 10-20? i think its wired bc, my friends only get 16 LP when they win and lose like 30

It's because you have really good MMR for your rank. Once your rank and MMR match (either by being promoted or by losing too much) it'll even out.
Riot decides how much LP to give or take based on where they want you to be. They have a code for it: MMR or match making rating. It is secret and they will not tell you what it is or how they calculate it. The gist is, however, it is a numerical value of how good they think you are (or maybe how many RP you have purchased) and it does not matter whether you are Bronze 5 or Diamond 1. Your rank is irrelevant to your MMR. If Riot wants you to be Bronze 5 (low MMR) and you are currently at Bronze 4 they will take away twice as much LP for a loss than you would earn if you won. If you wanted to stay at Bronze 4, you would have to have high win rates. If your friends are losing twice as much LP as they win, they would need an average win rate of 67% or better to advance. It won't likely happen. That is a win rate even pros can't sustain. If Riot wants someone at Bronze 5, they will force them back to Bronze 5. MMR is a way for them to keep us in our place. Again, they will never tell you how they decide what your place should be. You have noticed that some players actually earn more LP for a win than are subtracted for a loss. These are Riots favored players. You sound like you are one of those players. Congratulations, you only have to work half as hard as those Riot doesn't favor. Riot is lofting you softballs.
