Dynamic Ques need work

What I think what Riot or Rito should do, is when there is a person that is AFK'ed, Leaving or DC during Que while picking champions, is not kick everyone off into having to reque again, but kick that person out instead (and not giving them a time limit because of such) . Instead of kicking us out for reque, The que remains the same, but someone else filling out that spot that just became emptied. It saves time and also saves from people becoming "toxic" or "troll".
