Varus Buff Idea

I've read Riot is looking to buff Varus, although they already have the idea of making his q start the cd when its charged instead of fired. I was thinking why not make his passive more empowering. He has some zone potential with his ult so why not throw him a bone when he is trying to take objective. Instead of the stronger version of his passive (40% atk speed on champion kill/assist) procing only on champions, also allow it to proc on some objectives (Baron/Dragon and Towers).
