Can something be done about Honor Capsules?

Oh boy I just got a new honor capsule today and what do I get?...

Sivir shard, Master Yi shard and 2 key fragments.

Am I supposed to feel rewarded? Because instead I feel like someone just spit in my face, waiting a month for a thing that gives me 180 BE and not even enough fragments for a key.

It feels like there's no reward for being max lvl honor apart from the loading screen badge you get or the ward skin that looks worse than the lower honor lvl ward skins

Instead of giving champion shards on these capsules, how about giving us skin shards? Considering you nerfed the orange essence gains when disenchanting them, claiming that you did it because you increased the number of shards we were going to get but of course I feel like there's barely any difference in the shard amount we gain, it would be a nice start to actually make that statement true.

At the very least make it so we only get 4800 BE or 6300 BE champions in honor capsules (or two 3150 BE shards) and enough fragments to build a key.

TL;DR: Honor capsule give bad rewards, make it so that they give skin shards or at least only the high tier champ shards and enough fragments for a key.
