Patch 5.5 notes revealed!
Hello, Summoners.
"How is everyone on this fine patch day? Bad? We don't care. We were taught to be polite when delivering tough news, so now that pleasantries are out of the way, let's get this started:
This patch will be mainly to try to solve the problem we have with mobility creep, an expression that many of our summoners, errr I mean players are concerned about as it is shifting the game to be decided on who as more mobility (sorry totally forgot that summoners were removed from the game lore). To fix this we will be implementing changes on our most mobile champions to make them feel more fair to the immobile champions like Jarvan IV or Lucian.
We will also address some mages that we forgot to "compensate" after the removal of DFG."- Riot Derpbag
Champions
We feel like Gangplank is an unfair champion to play against since his power is defined by the RNG of his Q crits.
Parrrley (Q): Can no longer crit.
Ravenous Hydra and Tiamat will no longer proc with Parrrley
We removed the hydra proc on Q because it is actually a ranged attack so it makes no sense. We will rework crit in this game sometime in the near future (at least 200 patches from now on) but for now we simply can't let Critplank dominate top lane.
Due to the feedback recieved from our loyal Zed playerbase we noticed that the slight decrease on his Attack Speed was a severe overnerf and we feel like Zed needs compensation.
Auto attack range increased from 125 to 550 (Zed can still use Ravenous Hydra and Tiamat)
Death Mark (R): The mark can no longer be removed by Quicksilver Sash. The mark damage will now affect targets in Zhonya's stasis. These items made it so easy to counter Zed and we can not allow that.
Tower shots no longer follow Zed when he relocates to his shadows (many players find this ridiculous and gamebreaking for their shadowy experience).
We always felt like Zed needs to be a generalist, he has manaless waveclear, huge burst, crapload of escapes and an annoying taunt, the only thing missing was big range and bulkiness. While this patch we are giving him ranged auto attacks we don't want to give bulkiness to him yet, maybe on the near future. Hope our Zed fanbase will be happy with these changes.
With the increasing problem of mobility creep we feel like we gotta hit the worst offenders. We already nerfed Kassadin so now it's time for the 2nd worst offender, the Pony.
Devastating Charge (E): Movement speed gained reduced by 90%. Mana cost decreased to 50 from 60.
Onslaught of Shadows (R): Range reduced to 500 from 1000. AP ratio increased to 105% AP from 100% AP.
We believe this increase in damage and decrease in mana costs will be enough compensation for the reduced mobility. Don't worry, next patch we will hit Skarner's monumental movement speed, we will keep fighting mobility creep.

Paranoia (R): Cooldown increased to 200 seconds at all levels. Launch range decreased to 1000/1500/2000 from 2000/2750/3500
Ghostcrawlers whishlist:
CertainlyT reworked our favorite cryophoenix. With this rework we want to feel like Anivia can do true flashy plays. We think Anivia mains will enjoy these changes that definitely keep her core game play.
New lore: Anivia is an ice bird. She can summon blizzards. The end.
Passive: When taking lethal damage Anivia transforms into an egg, if the egg survives 1 second she is reborn with 300% bonus movement speed that ends after 5 seconds.
2nd passive: Because having 2 passives is cool right now (get it? because anivia is a frost mage hurr durr). Anivia can now fly over walls. Makes sense right? She has wings!
Flash Frost (Q): Same as live but anivia now gets 300% bonus movement speed when casting for 3 seconds, the projectile speed is increased by 50% and it no longer stuns. Particles changed to feel more flashy because flashy equals more excitment in LC$.
Crystallize (W): Allies can now pass through the wall with 20 increased movement speed for 3 seconds (no more trolling yay!)
Frostbite (E): Damage is no longer increased against chilled targets, damage now scales with Anivia's movement speed.
Glacial Storm (R): Anivia can now move the blizzard. The blizzard's speed is the same as Anivia's current movement speed.
Passive: Cooldown reduced to 5 seconds from 18.
Ring of Frost (W): Root duration increased to 3 seconds from 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds.

Due to many complaints about Kassadin's weak state after the latest nerfs we decided to make the following changes:
- Kassadin removed from the game. Now people can't complain about his weak state because they can't play him to prove it :)
Morello saw this guy beat a Gnar in lane in his promos to bronze 3 so we decided to reduce his huge bulliness factor and safety in lane (bulliness is now a word, not sure if it was already but oh well).
Base health reduced by 100.
Health gained per level increased by 1.
Base Attack damage decreased by 10.
We feel like we really hit his power in the early game without affecting him much when mid game comes. This will help separate the good Renektons from the great Renektons.
We think Annie wasn't properly "compensated" with the removal of DFG so we hope these changes will do it.
Disintegrate (Q): Is now a really slow moving skillshot (Zed can't dodge it so it must be changed to a skillshot m'kay?). AP ratio increased to 85% from 80%.
Incinerate (W): Base damage decreased by 30 at all ranks.
Molten Shield (E): Now slows champions attacking Annie by 1/2/3/4/5 %. Cooldown increased to 12 seconds at all ranks from 10 seconds at all ranks.
Voice over changed to angry Brazilian crack addict.
She was seen being played in the mid lane by some random gold 2 player we must prevent this from happening.
Deadly Bloom (Q): AP ratio decreased to 45% AP from 65% AP. Ahah now she can't leave botlane.
Base movement speed decreased from 325 to 320. This will help fight mobility creep somehow. I mean, less speed= less mobility= less mobility creep am i right? She is a plant anyway and plants aren't known to be fast :)
Morello finally ended his relationship with her, as payback we are removing her from the game instead of nerfing her every patch like the old days.
Udyr can still catch her on rare occasions, we must not let that happen.
Passive: Leap distance increased.
We saw her kite an Udyr the other day, we must not let that happen.
Frost Shot (Q): Slow decreased to 5/10/15/20/25 % from 15/20/25/30/35 %
Oppressive jungler, must be nerfed!
Infinite Duress (R): Base Damage decreased to 1/2/3 from 150/250/350
This will improve jungler diversity by opening more room for other junglers.
Silences are toxic for gameplay, must be removed!
Call of the Void (Q): Silence removed, now replaced by a 99% slow that lasts 0.1 seconds.
Now it's time for item changes.
Now reduces airborne time from knock ups but only to Zed, Riven, Gnar, LeBlanc, Lucian and Jarvan because they're the most affected champions by knock ups.
Armor reduced to 25 from 50 because this item counters Zed too well.
All machete upgrades cost 100 more gold again to somehow improve jungler diversity.
New skins
New
recolor with barely any effect changes to justify 975 rp price. (she can't have to many skins right?)
"Unplayed"
: It's just regular Yorick but with a sign saying "unplayed" instead of having a shovel. Now the 3 Yorick mains will finally stop asking us for a Yorick skin.
Pop tart
: For those that are more hungry for food than boobs.

all the flavors suck
nerf that her heal is no longer global, so it can't help against assassinations, because sustain is imbalanced. The reworked Wish will now only be available when Raka drops below 10% health; she then sacrifices all remaining HP to split it among all allied champs within a 250 radius around her. It might even activate automatically, in fact, so the player is powerless to stop her suicide. Also, her Equinox no longer silences.
