Surgeon Shen

In s4 i used to main Shen and then i bought surgeon Shen because i loved the splash art and then i cosplayed him but when i came back to playing him, surgeon Shen looks ugly in game but what i want to know is when Shen will get a visual update because surgeon Shen has no shoulders and the skin looks all around disgusting
