Balance issue, RNG?

For the record i am not good, but i think there are some problems with the game. Mostly balance problems, let me explain.

So i feel the one shot is a little too much, you get one shoted by one combo with no items if you play a squishy champion. if i play Annie and i have morellos and ludens, i believe i can one combo anyone who are squishy to die. The problem is the damage is too high if you play a squishy champion. but if you play a tank or bruiser the dmg feels too week, for example a jhin will half an other adc hp bar with the forth bullet, but if i play poppy the fourth bullet wont even tickle me.

Was watching a diamond player(not boosted, legit one) making a smurf and playing in bronze1 with like silver4 mmr , he lost few games but where i was supersized is how easily the silver player could kill him, i mean like just pressing few buttons and beat a diamond player? or when he was super fed like 22 3 and he struggled super hard to carry and almost lost that game too, i mean i used to watch a lot of unranked to Diamond to improve, but i have never saw before that when a diamond player was 22 and 3 and struggled to win, or died to silver players in a 1 v 1 unless they tried to make a play with 5 hp vs full hp.

Also, i was watching a video where a bronze player was put in a diamond game, and the bronze player actually played pretty well, he killed the diamond player 1 v 1 and he killed the jungler as well), do you know what would have happen to the bronze player if you put him in a diamond game in season 4? Probably he would have been 0 and 12 and 5 levels behind.

Here comes my next point, if a diamond player wont face roll how i supposed to climb when even higher ranked players struggle to carry their teammates in lower elos. How could a silver player carry silver, how a gold player carry gold, how a plat player could carry play...etc. ? actually plz let me know

The counter argument is league is a team game so you have to play as a team to win, but the problem if you want to win league as a team and your teammates are random and supposedly equal skill level with the enemy than your teammates have 50 percent chance that they win or lose their lane. Its hard for me to explain but i am in a tier like gold and i am better than my team lets say i win my lane 70 of the time if my teammates have 50 chance of winning or losing and they are important for my win that means my chance of winning is slightly about 50 percent. so if i queue up basically if i win or lose is decided by flipping a coin.(dont forget i am talking about i am talking about if you are close to your tier but slightly better.)

With equal matchmaking your teams were always feeding and etc, but in season 4-5 the champions were never truly op i mean there were op champions but maybe 3 or 4 and you could ban them so you could "pick whatever you are good at" now you can not ban all the op champions and the difference between op champions and a A or B tier champion is massive. i saw a urgot one trick got recked by a jayce who played that champion maybe 4 times, i feel skill with a champion or in general is not as important as if you play the meta champions.( because these meta champions just do so much dmg, or so increadable tanky while doing decent dmg)

Maybe i am wrong but i feel these "new" masteries, they just give you free dmg or makes you unkillable for no good reason making some champions feel too strong. oh certain items too( can you abuse this op item?!) which creates massive difference among S tier champion compare to A or B teir champions.

Damage is damage is damage.

Damage from a bronze player **can and will **affect high elo players. Squishies are supposed to die from a single combo. This is where positioning, kiting, and range come into play. As a squishy character, you're never supposed to take that much damage. As a tanky character, you're supposed to be able to take damage. The trade off is that the squishy character either blows up ADCs (Assassins) or kites tanky characters (Mages and ADCs.)

The diamond player probably struggled because it's hard to 1v5, his team might have not really known what to do and was pretty useless. Also, if he wasn't that fed there's that. Usually, a fed silver would win a teamfight against a 0/0/0 diamond player. Because damage is damage. They could have had point and click cc which shut down the diamond, be realistic. Just because you're a high rank doesn't mean you magically have some way to kill everyone. Where's that damage coming from? The reason why they're a high rank isn't so much about mechanical skill. It's about knowledge. Knowing what to do, cooldowns, matchups down to the very detail, range of abilities, damages, map awareness, pushing, grouping, objectives and when to take them, how to get a lead, wave control, ganking, roam potential, etc etc.

How do you carry? You carry by farming, getting ahead, and taking towers. Which isn't always possible due to enemies splitpushing and you or your team having poor positioning/map awareness. You carry by spreading leads to other lanes by roaming and getting them ahead. You carry by making small leads and pushing them up to become bigger ones over time and then ending the game while you're ahead. These aren't balance issues.
