New Item Suggestion

I think a great addition to the game would be an AP quicksilver sash upgrade for AP carries. Many APCs are fragile and build qss anyway, so why not add an item that would allow the AP qss users to max their builds with a qss item against high CC teams? This item would be: Transfiguring Staff: Price: 3300 Gold Built with: Needlessly Large Rod and Quicksilver Sash Stats: 100 AP and 35 MR Unique Active: Removes all debuffs from your champion and grants +50% movement speed for 1 second. 90 second cooldown
