I want some tips from people who are better

I play varus mid, my build is , however this isn't always the same, often times ill get or if the situation calls for it, I will typicaly only purchase 3 control wards per game, I average around 8.25 cs per minute. I almost NEVER kill my laner unless he/she makes a stupid tower dive, I stray away from poking, and opt to safely farm with q instead, here is where the questions start.

are my summoners against everyone exept zed, where I take . Is this okay?

I haven't seen any assasins building anymore, is it even worth picking up?

should I try and poke my laner, despite most likely losing out on cs?

How much should I roam? When? [Keep in mind normally ill sit under tower and q farm].
