I said this years ago about Vayne and it's still an issue today

I said she didn't need true damage. I said her Ult didn't need to give 60 free AD out of nowhere. I mean, she doesn't even need it. I mean to be absolutely honest with you? She flat out never needed it. The free AD she gets is absolutely outstanding, and her kit already does so much. The base dmg of her E and the damage from her Q are outrageous already. that 60 ad just adds to the punishment.

This would be like giving 60 AD on sivir's ult. Doesn't that sound nice? Wait, what? It doesn't? Sounds broken, OF COURSE it sounds broken. Cause it is. And so is vayne's.
