I could be mistaken, but I think his winrate was climbing as Jungle Ezreal started catching on a month before preseason.

only cause idiots refused to play safe early and over pushed or played super agressive vs a early game jungler, elise lee sin or pretty much anyone with mobility/cc woulda done the same.
