REK'SAI teaser in Nocturne?!

BACK STORY so basically i main nocturne and use his eternum skin all the time and even though it WAS the only one of its kind i considered it my favorite skin "series" because i was convinced i would like any other subsequent eternum skins as well. and i was right

when i saw rek'sai's release skin as eternum and did a little victory dance (and the fact that she is a jungler) and began thinking about how awesome it would be and then it hit me.

ACTUAL POST as i was thinking about my beloved eternum nocturne skin i remembered one of my favorite parts, his joke where he drills himslef into the ground and gets stuck. I was curious to know if this was an intended teaser to rek'sai considering her gameplay revolves around her digging underground or if it was a coincidence or if it more becasue the themes fit better.
