[GAMEPLAY] Sated devourer skipps aatrox w

When sated devourer was first released i started playing alot of aatrox because of the huge potential synergy I saw with it allowing me to proc my w every other attack instead of every third; however, when i finally get to my sated devourer i quickly realized that instead of having my w proc every other attack it didnt proc at all! I went 2-3 minutes in game without procing my w even once then i was able to line my w and devourer up for maybe 30 seconds where it did proc every other attack and then my w went back to being non-existent. This was obviously a big deal for me as i built my build around being able to constantly proc my w and not being able to do that maybe me incredibly weak even though i was ahead in gold of most players.

To recreate:

1. Get a sated devourer on Aatrox
2. start attacking stuff
3. watch passive bar to see when your w is proced
