As a poppy main... nerf poppy
her q does to much damage and is too overpowering to be put on such a low cooldown. Also tweak her e, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. And she's too tanky early because of her w passive. That's all.

if your a poppy main I MEAN A TRUE POPPY MAIN you wouldnt ask for nerfs just ask for MORE BUFFS. why give yourself more trouble.
You mean, you bought and runed for slightly magical boots on nasus against poppy and lost.

Fuq yoo
Also shes kinda the only counter we have to everyone and their grandma having 2+ dashes
Also if youre gonna nerf q damage expect power to be shifted into w or e, you cant have both.
As the Poppiest Poppy main here (self appointed title that is totally non debatable), Poppy is currently in a pretty comfortable spot and should be left well alone. She is designed to be oppressive towards bruisers, fighters and squishies with an overall strong lane phase while being highly disruptive in a teamfight from mid to late game. She accomplishes these goals nicely while not being problematic to the game state because she is currently unable to carry and is best played as constantly supportive to her team.
Her Q is often the biggest point of contention about her kit, but I don't see how it's not balanced. It's strong vs the very champions she is meant to be played against, while weak vs the champs that should in theory be good against her. Her entire kit is built around this concept for the laning phase while also being built for mid game strength in teamfights. There's a reason she is so good vs Firoa, Riven ect while she looses so hard to Vlad and Rumble.
Honestly whenever I see hate for her it feels like it's coming from bruisers who are upset there's a champion out there who doesn't let them have free reign during the lane phase.
