Precision Vayne

Ok, I'm a little angry about this and I feel like this might be coming from a place of anger and frustration but how in the world is Precision Vayne OK? She already has a 3 hit True Damage Passive and a Passive which literally rewards her with running at her enemies. I've had to face this at least 10 times in the Preseason (both ranked and normal games) and I have yet to see anyone else who thinks it's absolutely terrible. I know people are gonna say "Get Good" or something of the like (so for those of you who say that, I raise my middle finger to you). But in all honesty I think it's a little unfair to melee champions who quite literally have no chance to even lane versus her...
