Leaver Buster Penalties

I'm not gonna sugar coat my story, I know what I've done in the past. I've definitely ruined games by leaving and I deserve the penalty. I'm wondering if a Rioter could comment on this question I have. How long does it take (in number of games) to move down a step on the leaver buster timer (like from 20 mins to 10 mins, 10 mins to 5 mins, etc)? I'm curious to know if the Instant Feedback System recognizes and acknowledges a change in the player's behaviors in game (i.e. not leaving games early) or if it keeps a long-standing record for as long as the account exists.

far as i know 1 dodge = 5 min 2 dodge = 15 min

thats all i have dodged and it resets per day if you only dodge those times

Once you get to 20 minutes it should never come down and the next offense should result in the banning of the account. IDGAF what people think. This crap is worse than chat toxicity because AFK's can't be muted and they ruin games because they are not there.

I need help, I started lagging in the middle of my game so it forced me to disconnect. I tried to get back in, then bugsplat hit me while I was trying to get in. After, I joined 3 mins later and was still fed, 10/5. After, it said I need a penalty for leaving, then instead of adding 19 lp, I lost 19, and got a 20 min penalty.
