His first item can be IE or BT. That's up to personal prference. After that just build him normally like any other adc

If you stomp lane, go for BT...

If you struggle to catch the axes or just want to 2-shot people, build him full AD. Else, full AD with a .

You can build him like any other ADC with the standart AS / Crit build.

But if you are good at Juggling, his abilities have nearly the same effect. So you can also go Full AD / Caster.

I assume like any other ADC. Berserker's Greaves(maybe something else since he relies heavily on his Q and has to go to catch them, might be able to sacrifice for defense like Ninja Tabi, Idk) IE, PT/SS, BT, LW, then GA or maybe Mercurial Scimitar.
