URF?

So today I was thinking hmm.., I wish i could play URF rn but that's not always an option, and then i tried finding out when it was coming back, and I saw a lot of vote polls and every single one of them voted yes to bringing URF back full time, so explain this, 100% of these polls say yes to URF but when you take it away you lose player base? Just don't take it away and let it be permanent. I don't think that a lot of people would care if they didn't get mastery points, or exp either, but URF is just a nice game to have fun and relax because now, even in blind pick norms, my team flames anyone who is not try harding, except for URF from my experience soo.., maybe take your community's opinion?
