Champ Select Is Fine But Can't Load Into Game

I have seen a lot of boards from the past describing my problem perfectly, can go through champ select but when the timer hits 0 i automatically go to the screen that says "Reconnect" but when I press the button, nothing happens. I have tried re-installing, hextech repair, restarting PC, and the client repair tool, but nothing has worked. I just got windows 10, which I read may cause some problems. If anyone has any tips plz let me know.
