Can we educate non-master players that they cannot perform as those they see in LCS?

I'm so burnt out by my raging I'm actually trying to start building something. I'm sure this will be rejected also, because stupid people don't have a problem, the rest do. When all build full ad builds, the guy that rages at him that he must survive to do damage is to be reported, because he's just had enough of his kind of idiots and cannot say it nicely anymore. Can we start some kind of educational thing-ie to educate silver-gold-platinum players that while damage build may be best early to snowball a game, when they enemy has 3 tanks u just cant burst them down and u have to survive to deal damage and therefore build defensive item after u've fucking build your inifity edge.........on jayce? Can we start some kind of educational thing-ie to educate silver-gold-platinum players that while kills may be important, the score consists of an "assissts" part which basically tells that your 0-5-7 jungler helped you get those 10 kills and snowball you, just so u can help the team further, not to go full ad and in late game blame him that he is "0-5" and cant do much?
