Lane Looloo -- Life is suffering

So I play looloo in the real lanes and stuffs

but supports ruin everything, most recently with the change that made E last 2 seconds instead of 6.

Can E be partially reverted so that SELF-SHIELDS last for 6 seconds while ALLY-SHIELDS last for 2 seconds?

(also can Q have the Sivir treatment to not have damage fall off on multiple champion hits?) [sg-lulu]

Yea it seems nowadays if the support is unplayable mid/top, they aren't even meta worthy in support role because everyone else will have that champ that IS playable mid/top and can do the late game 1v1's.

I remember solo killing a-lot of people with lulu back in the day (self ulting + ignite)

Lulu is balanced around the support role.

Hell no to the damage drop off being removed.

Lulu's poke is already oppressive.
