Hextech Revolver passive + new item

I love the new changes with hextech revolver and the branching items, but I'm still disappointed that the revolver's shiv like passive doesn't extend to any of the upgrades. I love all the upgrades, don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting changing any of them, but what about adding another one. My suggestion is to add Hextech Revolver and Phage together for a new item, keeping both passives on it, or combining them. There are some champions that I would love to use Phage with, but I don't want to get trinity or black cleaver, and I think this would fill that gap very well.
