So Leblanc is buffed

Why would Riot buff Leblanc? She can have up to 3 flashes, the speed of her stun is as fast as the speed of sound, (gotta go fast) she has a passive that a majority of people will fall for, and a burst that can 2 shot a full build Mundo. Balance is a thing this camp doesn't have. Soon as I saw her in game back when I started on my first account in 2012, I knew Riot wouldn't be able to do anything to this champ to make the people who play her like her happy, or the people who hate her happy. Shes the one champ that cant be balanced and they are gonna make it worse by increasing the missile speed of her E?

Leblanc can easily be shutdown if you know the way to do it, there is far worse champions then Leblanc, I used to think she was a broken champion until I realized I kept playing aggressive against a champion that will destroy you early game, causing me to die like a dummy. Once you get to late game, have fun getting stun/1 shotted by the true gods of late which Leblanc isn't amazing at.

Just farm and play passive until then, by all means DO NOT feed her early game, the only way you could do that is if you try to be aggressive.. If you wait out till Late game she's not much of a threat, you know why? She's not fed. You know why? You played passive, causing you to successfully help your team not getting ganked due to you losing lane. It's pretty common sense, so I can understand her buff.

MIssle speed of her E was incredibly slow compared to similar abilities (Karma's tether for example), making it a tad unfair for a LeBlanc player to land it. It was honeslty pretty easy to dodge her ethereal chains, and even if they landed it was still easy to get out of the snare range (Depending on the champion getting tethered of course). No damage really got buffed (that you mentioned anyway), and the previous patch mentioning her was a nerf (excluding season 6 changes giving mana regen pluses because basically everyone got that). So honestly this was just a quality of life update and i played against a LeBlanc today and didn't think it mattered all that much. I played against her in multiple games in fact, as Yasuo, Gnar, Malzahar, and Ahri, and found that the speed difference of the E wasn't a huge factor as it may seem on the surface.

In what world is LeBlanc's snare as fast as the speed of sound? It got buffed because it was on the slow end, and it's still pretty average.
