Persistent "Mute Teammate Emotes" also

There's already a "mute enemy emotes"... I don't understand the rationale for leaving the teammate ones on as well..instead of having to manually do it per person every game (?)

Not a huge priority, but would be a "nice to have" feature. I know many (myself included) don't feel that the additional emotes beyond champion mastery add very much to the game.
